Is it normal for a goffin cockatoo to go act like this? lol?

So, I sprayed him with some water and gave him a fan so he could cool off, so he runs in his cage, dips his head in the water, wiggles his butt, and flaps his wings, all while running around his cage. He kept on doing that. I think its just him trying to cool off. Right now he's just sitting in front of the fan because he likes to have his feathers blown around. Lol :)
