What to feed rabbits?

I am feeding my rabbits on rabbit pellets, not the food with all the coloured bits in,hay, i am also introducing small amounts of carrots, grass, dandelion leaves. What else can i feed them to keep them healthy. They do have a mineral lick in their cage but they don't seem to be using it.
