Female black lab pup?

Dogs can have puppies from two very different males in one single litter. That's why when breeding dogs, you isolate the female from any dog other then the wanted male. Could be your "purebred" puppy is a result of the breeders not making sure she was isolated. Have ur vet do a blood test with the parents, especially the father, to be sure he was really the father.
